ARTS IN ACTION VAP’S SUMMER ART CAMP
Arts in Action Visual Art Program, in it’s 26th year, teaches a sequentially structured fine art curriculum that empowers its students with a visual language as a means of communication that is fun to learn! Directed by Angela Tripi-Weiss, Three-time Blackboard Awards Winner for Excellence in Fine Art Education.
AIAVAP’s Fine Art Summer Camp takes place at our beautiful sunny studio in the Upper West Side. Each session includes weekly trips to the Metropolitan Museum of Art where we will discuss, sketch and be inspired by master paintings and sculptures! Back in the studio we will create our own works of art while learning the skills that working artists use in their own fine art! After School and Weekend Classes take place from September through June.

Chelsea Piers, Manhattan’s premier destination for youth sports, is home to 15 specialty sports camps for children and teens, ages 3 to 17 years. Ms J’s Gymnastics and Dance
Offering gymnastics and dance fun with great structure and discipline for your child during weeks off of school.
Ms J’s camp is perfect for children ages 3 (potty trained) to 11yrs. Campers will enjoy gymnastics, dance, arts and crafts, games, puzzles, climbing rope, zip-lining, jumping on the BIG trampoline, play at the Grand St park and of course making new friends. Summer Camp runs 2 months, July and August, Monday through Friday, 9am to 1pm or 3:30 pm. (Ask about late pick up options).
Sign up for 1 week or all 10 weeks. The only requirement is that you sign up for two days with in each week you sign up for.
Half day: 9am-1pm= $67 per day, Full day: 9am-3:30pm= $90 per day (there is a $10 registration fee if not already members).

The Fashion Class Summer Camp 2013
Our Fashion Design Summer Camp for ages 6-13 teaches children all aspects of fashion design from sewing and illustration to accessory design and styling. The camp runs Monday – Friday from 9AM-5PM with early drop off and late pick-up options available. Mornings are devoted to sewing and illustration, afternoons hold fields trips to museums, fashion showrooms, and guest speakers from the industry plus accessories design for kids.
