Music Together® is known the world over as the leader in the field of early childhood music education. Sure, we sing, dance, play, laugh and have a great time making music in our classrooms, but we do it with your child’s musical education in mind! Music development, like language development, takes time — and the more YOU make music and give your child opportunities to explore and experiment in a rich musical setting, the stronger her musical foundation will be as she grows.

In addition to Mixed Age classes (birth – 4 yrs) we also offer a one-semester introduction babies class for infants eight months and under. No matter which class you choose, you and your little one will be joyfully immersed in a rich and wonderful world of music. Free demonstration classes held throughout the year.

PLAY ON! STUDIOS

Play On! Studios offers after school classes, camps, and private lessons in both theater and music. Class sizes are small so kids get the personal attention and non-competitive environment they need to do their best. All of their incredible teaching artists are also professional actors and musicians, creating a fun environment with a serious edge. With an emphasis on the creativity, enjoyment, and personal growth of each child, Play On! Studios is an exciting new solution for busy NYC kids of all skill levels!

Musica Para Mi

The joy of music and Spanish in a total-immersion fiesta! Musica Para Mi is New York City’s original music-in-Spanish program for young children, where babies and toddlers have been making music in Spanish since 1998! In their weekly 45-minute music classes young children and their adults sing traditional Spanish-language children’s songs, play small hand percussion, move around the room (sometimes as people, sometimes as ponies!), dance and jam to music from a different hispanic culture each week.

All in Spanish, but no Spanish required! Perfect to introduce a second language at the prime time for language development, or to reinforce the Spanish spoken at home.
