Children of all ages are welcome to join our weekly free Kids Yoga classes.  Experienced teachers will lead sessions that incorporate stories and songs into healthy and fun yoga practice for kids.

Some mats will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own.  Classes will take place across from the playground or in the Garibaldi Plaza.
