At the Sugar Hill Summer Camp of Art & Storytelling children spend three weeks exploring the work of artists and authors, inspired by the Museum’s exhibitions, through stories and art-making activities. Children will collaborate and work freely to celebrate their voice and discover the creative process. Guest artists will share their work with campers and field trips will amplify each week’s program.
Led by Sugar Hill Museum Preschool teachers and the Museum’s artist educators, the Sugar Hill Summer Camp of Art & Storytelling will present unforgettable approaches to art-making and performing to build confidence and literacy skills through visual inquiry, and energetic engagement with the arts.
